Product Details:
Molykote 1000 is a mineral oil anti-seize paste containing solid lubricants such as copper powder, graphite and white solid powder.
Applications:
Suitable for bolted connections exposed to temperatures up to 650°C (1202°F) and the effects of corrosion, and those that must be retightened or disassembled after assembly and initial operation. To ensure consistent preload, it is necessary for the lubricant to maintain a consistent and stable coefficient of friction. Successfully used in cylinder head bolts, nozzle threads in injection molding machines, bolts in the chemical industry and tension rings in centrifuges. Applied parts: chains, high temperature and alloys, slides and tracks, threaded link fasteners.
